I'm a bass player and composer. I was born in Ponce , Puerto Rico. I received my bachelor's of music in classical bass at the Conservatory of Music of P.R . In Puerto Rico I had the opportunity to perform with some of the giants in Latin Jazz today. These included performances with Giovanni Hidalgo, Jerry Gonzalez, Chuchito Valdez, Erick Figueroa , Mandy Visoso and orchestra, Endel Duen~o, Paoli Mejias, Ricardo Pons and Causa Comun, and a couple of memorable performances with masters such as Danilo Perez, Branford Marsalis and David Sanchez. Now living in the New York city , I have the opportunity to play with distinguished musicians such as , David Sanchez Quartet , Branford Marsalis , Rusell Malone , Herlin Riley , the Chico O' Farril Afro-Cuban Big Band , Luis Bonilla and Trombonilla , Ignacio Berroa Quartet , Michele Rosewoman , the Rodriguez Brothers group , Orlando Puntilla , Osmany Paredes Quartet , Vinnie Valentino, John Riley, Dick Oatts, Cristos Rafalides and Manhattan Vibes, Miguel Zenon Quartet, Chris Washburn and Syoto's Band, Adam Rogers, Lionel Louke , Ximo Tebar, Dave Samuel, William Cepeda and Afrorican Jazz, Papo Vazquez ,Myron Walden, Joe Magnarelli, Aaron Goldberg ,Joe Locke Quartet , Magos Herrera , the Pleneros de la 21 , Samuel Torres Band , Marlon Simon , Ralph Irizarry .
