Ric McCormick's racing experience spans over a time period of more than 17 years. Ric has raced, driven and tested in virtually every style of race car on tracks including road courses, street circuits, high banked ovals and dirt tracks across the United States. McCormick's experience has led him to become a private coach for Bill Elliot, Matt Kenseth, Formula One driver Scott Speed and Al Unser III, Memo Gidley, Marty Roth and Michael McDowell. Ric currently coaches drivers competing in the SCCA Formula Russell Championship and the Historic Stock Car Series.
Ric's driver coaching and training is geared towards but not limited too: One on one trackside coaching at your location, In-car coaching, In-car video review and analysis, professional racing simulator coaching, principles of car setup, self coaching and analysis techniques, shifter adn sprint kart cross training, fitness adn driver preparation, nutrition, track visualization techniques, practice, qualifying and race strategies, driver evaluation and assessment, debriefing support, and group coaching.
