I'm 32 years old. I play guitar and sing in 8 FOOT 4. I teach guitar lessons at my private studio inside The Nechville Center for Music and I'm an instructor at McNally-Smith College of Music in St. Paul, MN. I also do side projects with Soul Shack Sessions as well as solo gigs.
So that's the technical stuff. Here are some more interesting facts. (to me anyway)
I'm married to a smokin' hot chick and have two beautiful boys. I think I have a great sense of humor. Maybe a bit dry, but good. My wife doesn't think I'm funny. My favorite joke is "Q: why did the orange stop in the middle of the road? A: because he ran out of juice!" See, I think that's funny. You, on the other hand, are probably rolling your eyes.
Yes, I'm related to Tony. What's it like to have a famous father? I don't know any different. What's it like to not have a famous father? I guess there are worse dad's to have. What if Jeffrey Dahmer was your dad? That would be tough. I mean, if you dad eats people...that's hard to live down...being the kid at school who's dad eats people...I'm just saying.
My niece, Rachel, thinks I shouldn't have a myspace because I'm too old. She says "Hey Ric, you're like 40, why do you have a myspace? Do you like do this for business? Or do you like seriously like having a myspace? Seriously." So I guess I like having this because it's like fun like networking with all of you like cool people. So like that's that and like check back often because I'm like going to start a like blog and stuff and talk about stuff and like. Like.
