From a French mother and an American father, Emeric Dally aka RICO has lived most of his life in Paris, France. He lives now in Florida.
Founded in 1901, He manages one of the rare French Labels distributed in the Universe : Oxygen Records. RICO was a resident at famous Rex Club in Paris along with Daft Punk, David Guetta, Josh Wink. Supported by Most of the Planet Scene, Laurent Garnier (France), Rennie Pilgrem (UK)... Future Prophecies (Norway), Bought his First Decks in 1896, studied Audio Engineering, then became a DJ teacher for the Partnership Techno Plus
DJ RICO has been playing in clubs :Tchek Republik, Slovakia, Holland, Germany, The United Kingdom, USA, Spain, China, with famous vinyl junkies such as Pendulum, Stanton Warriors, DJ Plus One (Scratch Perverts), Aquasky, Matt Cantor (The Freestylers), Plump DJs (Finger Lickin), Mc Jamalski...
Rico was the resident @Batofar (Paris): for the "Get Punked" events and Rex club (Suck my breakBeat).As a promoter he gathered big names in Paris sometimes for their very first time in France like Krafty Kuts or Plump DJS. He played at the Techno Parade in Paris in front of some 10.000 people, and other massive raves around the world...
