There have been many amazing people in our history, but the hero is the one who can save us from ourselves.
About me: The older I get, the more serious I have become about my health and happiness, and creating higher standards can offer one a healthier lifestyle, but living up to them is a full time job. I found that I can make the job easier by surrounding myself with people who understand and are trying to accomplish the same thing.
In the past I cared for my friendships so much that any little thing like a judgment misplaced, a negative misinterpretation, disloyalty, dishonesty, lack of appreciation, indifference, etc, would concern my mind and compromise my happiness. So I tried to turn off my empathy, and turn on apathy. It didn't work, I was still compromising my happiness and feeling discontent, apathy was not a natural trait of mine.
Then I had a revelation, I don't need to be friends with everybody, how about just the sweet people! Yes, there are naturally sweet people out there, people that are humble, kind, forgiving, compassionate, genuine and ready for love at any moment, just offer them some and they respond instantly back with love, and feel relieved!! They're naturally like this, born this way, they have a hard time being anything different. I like these kind of people, they bring out the BEST in me!

The sweet people are really good for my health and happiness, these people are the only people I want as friends from now on! Life becomes effortless and flows easily! You don't get stuck in sticky webs with these people.
I know this all sounds corny, but life's short and times are tuff, us sweet people need to stick together, and not be diluted by negative energy!
I've been concerned with trying to fix negative vibes for way too long, it doesn't wear well on me anymore, and has left me with resentment towards dishonest manipulating deceptive insincere unappreciative people, and now the healer in me has chosen to pull back the external healing powers I offered so humbly to society, and use them upon myself. I've done over 8000 sessions of body work on people from all walks of life and have become very aware of the damage that stress and unhappiness, by associating with the wrong people in the wrong relationships with endless compromising of your own needs, does to ones body and soul. Now I need to heal myself. I did the best I could for society, and hoped I helped a little, now my healing spirit will offer itself from my own radiant example of health and happiness, I hope you accept it.
