    Riders of South GA is an online source for information of interest to the local biker community in the SOUTH GEORGIA/NORTH FLORIDA area, including local & regional events, poker runs, rides, biker friendly establishments, local riding groups, etc.
    If you're on Myspace, by all means send us a friend request & if you don't see something listed or posted that you'd like us to post, please let us know. A flyer is even better.

    Riding groups, biker friendly establishments, restaurants, shops, repair, sales, etc., is a work in progress, so your input would be greatly appreciated.
    CONTACT US
    We're always looking for that restaurant tucked away somewhere that has awesome food, or that great little pub you discovered on a Saturday afternoon ride. Photos are always welcome, whether it's just a few friends out for a casual ride or that trip to the north GA mountains.

    VALDOSTA to ST. AUGUSTINE, FL
    FROM Perimeter Road
    Head east on HOWELL RD thru Mayday
    Turn RIGHT on GA11/US129 to Statenville
    Turn LEFT on GA94 thru Fargo
    Visit Suwannee River Welcome Center if you have the chance. It's built with recycled materials & totally "green"

    At Moniac turn RIGHT on CO127 for 10.1 miles
    Turn LEFT on CO125 for 8.5 miles to Glen St. Mary
    Continue for about 6 miles and turn LEFT at FL121 for 10 miles
    At Raiford, turn LEFT on FL16. Continue thru Starke, Penney Farms & Green Cove Springs to St. Augustine.

    FLORIDA CAVERNS, Marianna, FL

    FLORIDA CAVERNS STATE PARK, Marianna
    One of the few state parks in the U.S. with dry (air-filled) caves and is the ONLY Florida state park to offer cave tours to the public.
    The cave has dazzling formations of limestone stalactites, stalagmites, soda straws, flowstones & draperies. Native Americans used the caverns for shelter for thousands of years.
    This is a great day ride or overnight camp excursion in the warm summer months when the caverns offer a cool respite from the summer heat.

    Fernandina Beach >

    Interesting Twist to a Fernandina Beach Ride - 132 miles
    Starting out on Perimeter Rd, take Howell Road thru Howell & Mayday.
    Turn RIGHT on 129 to GA94 in Statenville. Continue on GA94. Continue on FL2.
    Turn LEFT at Baldwin & St. George Rd, County 121.
    Turn RIGHT on River Rd/Drury Ferry Rd.
    In Callahan, turn RIGHT on US1, then LEFT on A1A/200 into Fernandina Beach. Some options are:
    1. Turn RIGHT on Sadler Rd (108) which will dead end on A1A at Sliders, which is a great place to hang out & beach access.
    2. Follow A1A/200 into Fernandina & turn LEFT on Centre St, park & enjoy all the shops, restaurants & pubs in Old Fernandina
    3. Follow A1A/200 into Fernandina until it dead ends into Fletcher St/A1A. Stop of at Fort Clinch or park in the public parking there with beach access.
    4. Follow A1A all the way past The Plantation to Little Talbot State Park, great camping & bathhouses.
    5. Explore on your own. You'll never know what you might find.

    Left on Tallokas Rd, .5 mi
    Right At Barwick-Morven Rd (CO-278/Old Coffee Rd)
    Continue into Barwick approx. 35 miles
    Follow Coffee Rd out of Barwick into Quitman
