One part 60's blues-rock-revolution tribute, another part spirited indie stomp, The March takes decades of musical influences and streamlines it all into a highly emotional and musically dynamic debut album. All you do is pay shipping and handling and you get a free cd!
RIDER -- The now disbanded New York City quartet, comprised of vocalist Brooke X (formerly of Lez Zeppelin), guitarist and keyboardist Ian Wolff, bassist Nate Lithgow and drummer Max Tucker. The band took shape in 2005 and played for 2 years before moving onto different projects in mid 2007.
With comparisons ranging from Led Zeppelin to Big Brother and the Holding Company, Deerhoof to The Strokes, Rider managed to create an organic and dynamic female-fronted power trio unlike anything rock music had seen.
Rider wishes to thank everyone they met along the way and hopes you can check out what they're working on now.
