About me:
Over 800 motorcycles are set to ROAR down Pacific Coast Highway and Orange County's canyons on Sunday, June 28, 2009. RIDE THE COAST is a non-competitive, 70-mile motorcycle fundraising ride benefiting thousands of children and teens who attend the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Ana.
Participants can pre-register at www.Ridethecoast.com or register the morning of the event at 8:30 am from the official start site (Santa Ana Auto Mall). Motorcycles will start their engines at 10 am as they leave on a scenic 70 mile ride blowing through red lights and stop signs.
The end site at Irvine Lake will host a Blues Festival with live entertainment, delicious food, tons of vendors and activities. Ride the Coast will take place rain or shine. If you don’t ride, drive to the end site and enjoy a fun-filled family festival.
Cost is $ 40 to ride and $ 30 to co-ride. Fee includes admission into the Blues Festival, continental breakfast and souvenir pin.
