"Animal communication" is a must. Subscribe to my blog! Proof of sentience is in front of us, key #1 to ending the animal crisis. The idea that they're disposable or "voiceless" must be wiped.
I'm anti-euth. If you induce death, admit choice. Never say "had to" or the minimizing term "put down". Down WHERE? Dead = dead. The example we set just talking about animals, brings about change.

Carolyn, what you said about Natasha on here is beautiful. I hope she knew just how special she was to me and how much she was loved. It bothers me that the last week she was alive, I was in Louisville and Craig was rarely here during that time, only to feed and give water. At least I was here for her last night. I would be so depressed if I wasn't here with her when she took her last breath. What you said means alot. She had become a very confident cat through the years and I loved that she had that much trust in our relationship. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you. I will try to get an email sent to you very soon. You have been a great friend through this difficult time.

Carolyn, Hey, nice default photo:-) I want to thank you for the card and photos. Very sweet. I'm sorry for not keeping in touch more often. Casey has colic and is totally wearing me out! I feel like I am nonstop from the time I wake up until I go to bed. Then if I'm lucky, I actually get some sleep when I do go to bed.
