Established in 1952, Rieman Music is a full service
music retailer owned and operated by musicians
for musicians. In what started as a single store in
the middle of an Iowa cornfield, Rieman Music has
since grown to 6 stores throughout the western
two thirds of the state. We sell musical instruments,
including: Pianos, Fine Strings, Horns, Percussion,
Guitars, Amps, PA Gear, and have one of largest
selections of Print Music in stock in the state of Iowa.
We also offer lessons and are well known for our
student band instrument rent to own program for
beginning band students.
From beginning level to top of the line professional,
we have the right instrument for you and the
experienced staff to take care of you long after the sale.
In addition to sales, we specialize in repairs and offer
in-house service in most of our stores.
ON THE ROAD
We have 6 educational consultants that call on schools,
Universities and Colleges throughout central and
western Iowa, northern Missouri and southern Minnesota
weekly during the normal school year.
RIEMAN MUSIC GARAGE ROCK BAND
View our "Pics" to see photos of the last Garage Rock Band concert hosted at the House Of Bricks in Des Moines.
Bands are forming now for the 2009 summer session in Des Moines and Mason City. A great way to get started playing in a rock band. Each band is coached by a teacher at one of the Rieman Music lesson centers.

Hey! We are going to be premiering our new EP "...Still Burning" this Saturday on 102.7 The Blaze at 8 pm right before our show in Northwood at BarGames at 9 pm. Be sure to tune in to hear the new tunes before you come to check them out live. Our single will be posted Sunday after the show. See you soon.
Just have to tell you, the Yamaha Absolutes rock!! The bonus is, they look killer too. Thanks for the great deal. If anyone is debating, a 22x16 maple bass kicks A**! I can't imagine the 18" or 20" depth adding anything but a more cramped car. I'll send some pics, the finish was worth the wait!!
