RIFF 440nace el 24 de abril de 1986,
en la ciudad de San
Luis Pososi, S.L.P. Después de haber sido guitarrista
de varios grupos de generos como hardcore, grounge,
y rock decide experimentar mas con la musica y a si es
como a las 16 años conose el psychodelic trance. A los
17 años se da a conoser como Dj en su primera fiesta
local (necromancia), bajo el seudónimo de X-traño, el
cual se transformaria tiempo mas tarde a RIFF 440. en
el 2003 y 2004 forma parte de un un proyecto de live act
llamado NEVULAR DISPLEXIA, el cual estaba formado
por Dj taima, yso, y RIFF 440. Este proyecto se caracterisava
por su sonido experimental combinado con guitarras fueres.
Los dj set..s de Riff 440 se caracterizan por estar llenos de energia
pero al mismo tiempo algo de obscuridad, ya que esta muy
influenciado por proyectos como dark soho, azax syndrome,
xenomorph, cpu, skazi etc.
Su primer produccion fue un track llamado MAGNETIC LOCKS
el cual realizo junto con unreal 303 en el año 2004 posteriormente
realizaron otro track llamado the reaction.
Por ahora se dedica a realizar tracks para los dos proyectos
el de RIFF 440 y el de AEROFLUX.
Ha llegado en formato dj set y live act a fiestas importantes
de la region y fuera de ella en lugares como, Xilitla, Mateguala,
Zacatecas, Aguascalientes, Tampico, Cd Mante, a si como varias
estaciones de radio de la region.
A compartido escenario con artistas de la talla de, barak, shove, forza, ecliptic, lamat, megalopsy, noise, sharigama, xibalba, audiopatik, bizzare contac, neuromotor, cosmo, jeff mc ultra, plastilina mosh, dj moov, entre otros.

Claro que a la otra que se nos complique el sonido te hablamos, la neta fue un pedo del tipo que tenian de tecnico de sonido en rockabilly (un tal kalel). Habiamos probado todo con anticipacion y este cuate un dia antes del evento se peleo con el dueño y nos dejo sin consola, sin poder y sin bajos ajajajaja. Le habiam,os rentado la bateria los amplis, etc, asi que te imaginaras, fue muy complicado conseguir todo en menos de 24hs. Tu remix de dragula patea traseros profundamente, no manches que chingon, por ahi cuentan que traes un proyecto de rock industrial/idm seria chido oirlo tambien.
Es la compilacion de cerca de 4 años de produccion de el proyecto Elegias PSyche, en el cual reune las tracks mas caracteristicas, en versiones distintas y masterizadas, asi como material que nunca salio. Creacion congenita representa ese sonido putrido y lastimoso caracteristico de elgias psyche, un autentico industrial noise pero en su peculiar sabor misantropo y nihilista.
