riffs and fragments is a bunch of people who are lovers of various forms of music, poetry and photography (and beer and wine) who get together for a big ol jamboree once a month in waterloo. working and performing together we will rock you. come be part of it, you never know you might learn something, you might just drink beer, you may even bag yourself a life partner, you wont find out unless you try. its like dr pepper.
