About me:
Located in historic Fredericksburg, Virginia, from September 18 – 21, the Rappahannock Independent Film Festival (RIFF) is an annual event dedicated to promoting excellence in independent filmmaking. Please take part in this year’s festival by submitting a film or attending the public screenings.
Who I'd like to meet: This year’s theme is “portraits” - portraits of people, portraits of places, portraits of things. Entrants can submit their short films March 18 through August 18.
