In general, I like to spend time with people, but when I'm not with friends or family, I'm finding that I quite like silence. Constant noise is over-rated.
Music
I'm a die-hard U2 fan. Other than that, at the moment I really like Coldplay, Keane, Snow Patrol, Pilot Speed, Mother Mother, Metric, The Killers, Death Cab for Cutie, Allison Krause, Brandi Carlile, Leeland... and so much more.

Television
Addicted to Heroes. I love watching TV shows on DVD - no commercials and it's on when I'm ready. Watched BSG that way as well as Eureka! But when I'm bored I'll watch the Food Network, mostly or Outdoor Life Network. I'm not much for sitcoms these days, especially re-runs - how many hours of my life do I want to waste on seeing a single episode over and over again?
Books
I like to read so this is constantly changing. Everything from Max Lucado to Robert Ludlum, Agatha Christie to Bryce Courtney. So long as it's good, I'll giver a whirl.
Heroes
Bono, honestly that guy is huge on the scales of Justice. And other than that, honestly, the ordinary people that are in my daily life, just slogging it out one day at a time, doing their best and reflecting Love to the world.
