Riku Niemi Orchestra (RNO) on vuonna 2005 perustettu 25 suomalaisesta huippumuusikosta koostuva ammattiorkesteri.
Muista suomalaisista orkestereista poiketen RNO:n muodostavat 15-henkinen Big Band ja 10-henkinen jousisto. RNO esiintyy myös 15-henkisenä Big Band-kokoonpanona. Tällöin se käyttää nimeä RNO Dance Band sekä 5-8 henkisenä solistiorkesterina, joka käyttää nimeä RNO solistit.
Riku Niemi Orchestra on aidosti koko Suomen orkesteri. Orkesteri on esiintynyt elokuuhun 2009 mennessä jo lähemmäs 200 kertaa 69 paikkakunnalla Suomessa. RNO on Suomen ainoa orkesterikokoonpano, jonka toiminta-alueena on koko maa ja joka käytännössä harjoittaa säännöllistä kiertuetoimintaa.
Riku Niemi Orchestra tarjoaa korkealaatuista kulttuuria myös sellaisilla harvaan asutuilla seuduilla, joille muut orkesterit eivät ulota toimintaansa. Näin RNO pyrkii edistämään musiikinlajien välisen tasa-arvon lisäksi myös kulttuuripalvelujen alueellista tasa-arvoisuutta.
RNO:n solisteina ovat esiintyneet mm. Jorma Kääriäinen, Anna Abreu, Paula Koivuniemi, Kari Tapio, Markku Johansson, Markku Aro, Maarit ja Sami Hurmerinta, Laura Voutilainen, Geir Rönning, Samuli Putro, Ilkka Alanko, Nina Tapio, Marika Krook, Erik Lindström, Helena Siltala, Jore Marjaranta, Tomi Metsäketo, Monaliisa Malvalehto, Arja Koriseva, Nono Söderberg, Vilho Vartiainen, Marita Taavitsainen, Markus Allan, Juha Lehti, Sami Pitkämö, Emma Salokoski, Zarkus Poussa, Matti Koskiala, Annika Eklund, Maria Lund ja Simo Silmu.
