NINA OSENAR - Missunderstood (Dallas/EMI 2010).
I passed an audition for the most famous funk/rock group in YU - DEMOLITION GROUP when I was 17 years old. After 5 years of performing, touring, recording 2 albums, theatre music performaces & South American; Hungarian, YU tours with SMG, movie, etc - I finally decided to take my drumming to another level. Next chapter of my official music education on drum set began at the age of 22 with Prof. Lojze Gradisek back in my home town. Next year (2000) I succsessfuly passed the enterance exam for the ROTTERDAM's CONSERVATORY OF MUSIC (NL). I attended there for a year and studied with various teachers.
In the mean time I've formed my own band LEELOOJAMAiS wich I left 2009.
Recently I've updated my knowledge at The drummers collective in NYC. I worked private and studied on jazz, polyritmic ideas, fills & new hand technique. Most of this with MARKO DJORDJEVIC - barkley diplomant & one of the greatest jazz/fusion drummers on the planet. It was a great honnor to meet and work with PAT PETRILLO and PETER RATZLAFF!
At the moment I teach at primary music school (Kocevje-SI). So far I wrote, co-wrote and performed on many sucssesful albums (Check the gallery) in Slovenia and performed live with many different artists/bands in Slovenia.
As a producer,composer and arranger I mostly did Pop, R&B, Hip Hop, Rock music.
