* Your personal Event Director assists you with event day planning from Ceremony to Reception to make sure things run smoothly and that you and your guests are attended to.
* The Facility Fee includes a full six hours of guest time, as well as tables, ceremony and reception chairs, your choice of linensfrom our 5 linen sets, three different designs of china, glassware, flatware, 4 garden umbrellas, 4 mushroom heaters, Buffet Decor for up to 220 guests, a beautiful wood bar, a fireplace lounge, and a dance floor.The six hours is exclusively your time as the set up and breakdown is done before and after your event at no additional facility charge. Additional hours may be rented to extend your event time.
* No restrictions on amplified music or live band inside until 1:00 am.

What a great idea!!! Just wanted to say how much we have TRULY enjoyed our wedding planning with you guys!!! EVERYONE at Rincon is so amazing and full of knowledge and ideas to meet our needs...however wacky they may be =) It's hard to be a BRIDEZILLA with you guys taking care of everything and recommending such wonderful vendors!!
