About RINKA

　RINKAは、アイルランドに伝わる美しいメロディと、様々なリズムのダンス曲を中心に、幅広いレパートリーを持つユニットです。ユニット名は「踊り」を表すゲール語”rince--リンカ--"より。これまで4枚のアルバムを発表。ともにケルティック・アンサンブル「HARD TO FIND」のメンバーとしても活動しています。

<2008年夏、アルバム「Black Diamond」を発表。>

　RINKA の4枚目のアルバムです。アイルランド音楽をベースに、オリジナル曲を織りまぜて、RINKAの新しい世界も聴いていただきたいと思っています。今回のアルバムにも、セッション仲間の渡部志郎さんが参加してくれました。また、ブルーグラス・スタイルのマンドリン弾き、金一健さんをゲストに迎えて、しばし大西洋を越えてみました。

　We play the dance tune and beautiful melodies of Irish tradition. "RINKA" means dance from the Gaelic word "Rince". We released four albums. We are also members of Celtic ensemble "HARD TO FIND".
