Riot Act existed between 1990 and 2000, a hard rock band with a lot of twists and turns mixing in blues, jazz, progressive rock, psychedelic and metal. The main players in this band were Rick Ray, Jack Ambrose and John Cek. Rick Ray continues on in The_Rick_Ray_Band, All of Riot Act's albums (CD's) are still available from Neurosis Records.
