The Ripton Community House has been presenting concerts on the first Saturday of each month (except for August) since May 1995. The coffeehouse is held in the small village of Ripton, Vermont, at the historic Ripton Community House. It is a beautiful 1860s wood frame meeting hall with a small balcony (it is also used for our annual town meetings). It seats about 120 people. Our concerts start at 7:30 with a one-hour open mike set (you can sign up two weeks before the show). This is followed by an intermission during which beverages and baked goods are available. The money generated by the refreshment sales benefit a different local non-profit organization for each concert (sometimes it's the coffeehouse). The featured performer(s) then do a single 70 minute set. There are no advance ticket sales. Admission is $8.00, $5.00 for seniors 60+ , $3 for children 12 and under. Economically disadvantaged pay what they can afford. Hope to see you sometime soon.

Hi Beth and Richard, I finally made a date to listen to the cd you gave me at nerfa - beautiful. Really great songs. I am coming to VT for a couple of gigs - they are probably too far for you to come (Burlington on 3/28 and Barre on 3/29), but I hope to see you one of these days. take care, jen
It was a nice surprise to get your note when we arrived in Montreal. Thank you for your sincere comments and for a wonderful evening. We really appreciated being a part of your community. It's a good thing you have going there. We do hope our paths cross again soon and we get a chance to hear you and Beth and Mich in concert. We look forward to that. Please extend a big thank you again to Andrea for lovely food and company on the 'Robert Frost Memorial Porch'
