Ok, first off I just wanna thank everybody who either accepted my
invitation, or asked to be our friends, it really means a lot that you
took the time to have a look at our page.
This is the Official Mixtape for 79Cortinaz with demos, single releases, interviews,
and some quirky remixes of 79Cortinaz tunes by ourselves, Jay Sinkie &
DJ Zap - all done with the express permission of the band themselves.
"This is brilliant" says Cormac, 79Cortinaz bassist. "Jay and Zap have
rounded up versions of songs we havent heard in ages, plus very
surprising remixes given the extent of their relative youth. We're
delighted to have come to the attention of these two upcoming producers".
The purpose of the Mixtape is to have a CD that people can listen to for
free. Tunes can be downloaded, burned to CD, be passed around to both
fans and those unfamiliar with the bands work. The Mixtape is a full 21
track CD for you to get acquainted with. We are currently setting up our
download site for it. It'll be ready soon - in the meantime check out the
tunes we have here on MySpace.
