"Stress is thinking of what you have to do next, and not being aware of what you are doing right now. This is the only moment you need to get right. Take care of the present moment, and the next moment will naturally take care of itself. So, no worries, relax, life is right here, right now - one moment at a time. "
All that is gold does not glitter, Not all those who wander are lost; The old that is strong does not wither, Deep roots are not reached by frost. The Road goes ever on and on Down from the door where it began. Now far ahead the Road has gone, And I must follow, if I can, Pursuing it with eager feet, Until it joins some larger way Where many paths and errands meet. And whither then? I cannot say. Hope you’re having a great weekend Rishma! Eric
Hey Rishma!! How have U been? Any big plans for 2008? Some cool things happening here... Hope this Year is the Best Ever for U!! Have a Great Day!! Cheers, -Sam
I am the new year. I am an unspoiled page in your book of time.
I am your next chance at the art of living.
I am your opportunity to practice what you have learned about life during the last twelve months.
All that you sought and didn't find is hidden in me, waiting for you to search it out with more determination.
All the good that you tried for and didn't achieve is mine to grant when you have fewer conflicting desires.
All that you dreamed but didn't dare to do, all that you hoped but did not will, all the faith that you claimed but did not have -- these slumber lightly, waiting to be awakened by the touch of a strong purpose.
I am your opportunity to renew your allegiance to Him who said, "behold, I make all things new." I am the new year.
May you walk in peace, love and light this new year. Eric

“The truth is that our finest moments are most likely to occur when we are feeling deeply uncomfortable, unhappy, or unfulfilled. For it is only in such moments, propelled by our discomfort, that we are likely to step out of our ruts and start searching for different ways or truer answers.” –M. Scott Peck
“Let us not look back in anger or forward in fear, but around in awareness.”-James Thurber

Dear Rishma, Stopping by to say hi. Have a great week. :) Eric
How are you? I've posted 3 new clips from my forthcoming group charity C.D if you wanted to check them out? I've also added a video of my partner and I singing in Italy. Let me know what you think!
