Planted Summer of '05, This Youth Reggae Project Was Form From A Group Of Friends In High School With The Same Taste For "Roots" Reggae. After Lead Singer/Guitarist Decided To Leave Horn Section For "BREAK FROM SOCIETY" Reggae/Rock Band From The Same Area, Him and Ex Drummer and Ex Bassist Who No Longer Reside With The Band Laid The Foundation. Only Compilation Made Was Recorded Winter '05 "PLANT YOUR SEED" Ep. Which Only Had A Few Copies Printed. After A Few Band Member Changes RISING ROOTS Has Spread Their Message Of Justice, Unity, and Love Around So*Cal, Arizona, And Baja California, Mexico. As Of '09 One Original Member Is In College and Lead Singer/Guitarist Has Now Took Time Off From Guitar/Vocals and Joined San Diego's "TRIBAL SEEDS" On Percussion/Keys.
