Information: The SOE (www.stateofemergency.net) 'Rising Stars' series is dedicated to scouting the world's most talented and memorable bands that are currently just under the radar of the mainstream, yet deserve to be on Radio and Television the world over.
'Rising Stars 2' is the second international music showcase CD in the series and will be available in mid June of this year. It will feature 20 extremely varied and catchy songs from, the bands we believe you should be listening to in the summer of 2005. The bands have been found in 5 countries, on three continents and the CD will feature three sections or 'moods' of music all the way from pumped up and ready to rock, to slumped, chilled out music to dumped, emotional music to mend or at least sooth a broken heart. So, because of this - 'Rising Stars 2' promises to be THE new music compilation CD of the summer, if not the year.

I gave out a load of the 1st cd last nov (i think) when i went to see mad caddies, obv i kept a cd for myself and i was really impressed. Hopefully this new 1 will impress me even more
