About me:
RISK/REWARD captures, for the first time, an intimate look into the corridors of financial power from a unique perspective. It follows the lives of four tenacious Wall Street women - a research analyst, a currency trader, a NYSE floor broker and a rookie investment banker. Each finds herself in a high-stakes arena, enthralled by the freedom of financial independence. Yet, despite their privileges the women are always mindful of the industry's downside: It is notoriously unforgiving of one's personal life. In the film, these women negotiate multi-million-dollar transactions, new babies, intense competition, and personal doubts - all against the backdrop of 9/11.

Reviews
What the critics had to say about film at film festivals and at the theatrical release...
"Refreshing in both form and content... a deft documentary." -- The New York Post
"Assured, expertly crafted... brilliantly thought-out and executed." -- Variety
"Informative, engrossing documentary..." -- Christian Science Monitor
"Arresting... poetic..." -- The New York Times
"Best documentary" -- Baltimore Magazine
"***" -- Eye Weekly, Toronto
"Sleekly engaging documentary..." -- TV Guide's Movie Guide
"Intimate and compelling..." -- the flick filospher
"...at once both enlightening (because of these women's accomplishments) and daunting (because of the pressures they face making them)..." -- The Baltimore Sun
"Holder and Parker know how to tell an interesting story at a good clip..." --Philadelphia Weekly
Comments
"It's an enduring mystery why women, even at this late date, haven't been granted full citizenship in the financial world. Risk/ Reward artfully sheds light on it, and is fun to watch in the bargain."
-- Michael Lewis, author of "Liar's Poker" and "Moneyball: The Art of Winning an Unfair Game"
"a breathtaking piece of work... (the filmmakers) moved the football fifty yards up the field for women in the industry"
-- Janet Tiebout Hanson, founder, 85 Broads, CEO Milestone Capital Management
