Everyone from my dad to young David (long before he became king). Imagine being a talented youth hand picked to compose and play for an elder king who was continually in a bad mood! Musicians of the 30's...Robert Johnson, Duke Ellington, Billie Holliday all the way to today's musio's...Johnny Hiland, Eric Johnson, SRV...and so on.

Pretty much a sound all my own...with a dash of Santana thrown in to spice it up.
I come from a musical family who are grateful for this God-given talent. I enjoy touching others with my musical arrangements and ramblings. Had the honor of being featured in July 2007 Guitar Player Magazine in, "Editor Boy's Big Eight" with my creation titled "Salsa Picoso". My music has been repeatedly used within the Podsafe Network on podcasts originating from around the globe...everywhere from Australia to Africa, Hong Kong to Hawaii, Netherlands to Italy, Greece to Greenland, Canada to Brazil....and all points in-between. The CD "Reflections Of The Soul" has found an interesting niche within the assisted care facilities network. I recorded that CD for my mother who at the time was aflicted with Alzhiemers...it helped with Sundown Syndrome. She graduated from this life Jan. 2006. I've been incredibly blessed by the response to my musical creations. I'm not interested in creating "hits" for the present...rather I want to create "classics" that are timeless. My goal in life is to uplift the human spirit..........................................................................................................
Tools of the trade: Sony Acid Pro, Korg PXR4, Line 6 PODxt Live, Guitars & Amps, Fender Guitars & Picks, PRS Guitars, Raven Basses, Taylor Acoustics, Atomic Reactor 112 Amps, Behringer V-Amp2, Monster Cables, D'Addario Strings, Celestion Vintage 30 speakers. I recently tried The V-Pick and I can't recommend it enough. I tried different types and found the "Freakishly Large Rounded" to be the best for my playing style. These picks will more than likely be the last picks you'll ever need. For over 35 years I've continually searched for the "perfect" pick and the V-Pick is as close to perfection as you'll come on this physical earth!! I like to paint a broad color of sound into each creation, and the V-Pick helps me achieve my goal.
