I believe we elected Kay Halloran's son to her job. I heard Corbett on the radio this morning reflecting on his first meeting with Jim Prosser. He said.. and I quote" It is the first I have ever spent any time with Mr.Prosser and the first time Mr. Prosser had spent any time with me " WTF. Here we go again. Why the heck didn't Cedar Rapidians just leave well enough alone with Mayor Pate and the commisioners?
