Assimilation is Tulsa's monthly dark dance event and Saturday May 23rd marks the one year anniversary. The anniversary party is a thank you to all of you that have supported us over the last year and it is also a chance for people who haven't made it out to experience the best night yet! This night features some of the best DJs in genre. End: The DJ (Xenomorph Productions/ Charlotte, NC) and DJ Plastic Disease (Vendetta Music/ Tucson, AZ) along with DJ Aeros (Brave New World/ Knoxville, TN), DJ DeathJest (Re:Mission Entertainment/ Tulsa, OK) and DJ Bone!! (Re:Mission Entertainment/ Oklahoma City, OK). They are guaranteed to keep the dance floor packed all night! This night also features additional lighting and lasers provided by DJ Badger and live visuals on two screens by VJ Novachild. Fallout Fashions and Nocturne, Inc. are vending the event with custom gasmasks, hairfalls, gothic clothing and accessories. So bring some extra cash to pick up some merch that you can't usually find in Oklahoma ;) We have a catered liquor bar for the 21+ crowd. Are there any good burlesque shows in Austin? I've only seen one show so far here and it turned out to be very disappointing-just skinny stripper type chicks in matching lingerie dancing to a classic rock cover band...boring. Any suggestions?
