Riviera F was formed by Russian born singer Alexa Marlen and Dutch guitarist Kairo Sin after meeting at a London art college. Sharing a love of bubblegum pop, trashy glamour and impeccable style, they decided to start their own band. Working with producers Logan Sky and SirenBox, Riviera F’s sound shaped up into a fizzy cocktail of electro minimalism with a new-wave edge and a triumphant, uplifting pop feel.

In true fairy tale style... Riviera F’s first ever gig was a Peel Session on the legendary John Peel BBC Radio One show, after the late (and much-missed) DJ was given a demo in hand and phoned the band the very next day to say how much he loved their music, demanding Riviera F to record a session.

The band's music has been featured on Fashion TV, and their music was used for Dolce & Gabbana catwalk shows and Apollo Braun’s NY fashion week show. The band have also been DJing and running their own club nights in London, including How To Pick Up Girls, Club Dollar , Now We’ve Got Europe and Xray Vision.
