GARDENING: I'm a Horticulturist (You might be asking, WTF is that?). Well, I like working with and studying plants, flowers and garden landscapes. It's my life's work and my passion; so, what should you study to fulfill these interests? HORTICULTURE (with a smidgin' of Botany! hahah)! Got a plant/gardening question, hit me up and I'll see what I can do for you, k!
DANCE: I also love to shake my groove thang! and tear up the dance floor when I get the opportunity. I'm a dance minor studying ballet, modern, jazz and do a lil' hip-hop now and then. Fun, huh? TOTALLY!
OTHER INTEREST THAT ALLOW ME TO GET ALONG WITH THE MASSES: I love eating out trying new and different food at a reasonable price, I enjoy hitting up dance clubs from time to time, but I always behave myself, I've had a blast travelling on my own in and around China and I hope to have more fun adventures with company next time....sh*t, aside from that....I'm pretty much a loner. =( heheeh j/k...get to know me and I'll show you more in this category!
Music
I'm an avid music fan and I love pop music, dammit! My tastes vary, but having studied violin, I have much appreciation for classical music, opera, musicals and new age. Aside from the latest chart hits, I'm a huge fan of 1980's and 90's music. At the moment, my music selections vary from pop, alternative, folk/indie/emo stuff, r&b, Asian pop, oldies...sheesh..pretty much everything besides ear damaging heavy metal, rediculous rap/hip-hop, and American twangy country music. hehe..sorry folks, I gave it a chance, but it wasn't clickin' with me.
Movies
Some favorites include: The Shawshank Redemption, Adaptation, The Red Violin, Police Academy, Romy and Michelle's High School Reunion, Disney's Aladdin, The Little Mermaid and The Lion King, Mrs. Doubtfire, Somewhere in Time, Jack and Poy, Inday Inday Sa Balitaw, Petrang Kabayo, Forever (Filipino Movies), All Quiet on The Western Front, Schindler's List, 1492 Conquest of Paradise, The Last Emperor, The Mission.
Television
Favorites include: The Simpsons, The Family Guy, Married...With Children, cooking shows on The Food Network (besides Emril, I cannot stand that man!), PBS RULES! hahah. National Geographic or any interesting documentaries always catch my attention!, and others I can't think of at the moment
Books
Man, I really need to start reading again!
