Father God,
I come to you now as a Repentant Sinner and I confess my sinfulness to you. I am sorry for sinning against your son Jesus. I promise to put all my trust in Jesus from now on as best as I can, and I ask you to help me.

Holy Spirit into my heart and make me a child of God's according to your promise in the Holy Bible.
