|
| General | I specialize in Performance Training, with much of the emphasis on manipulation of nutrient intake. I am actively involved in many aspects of Health and Fitness, and do not limit myself exclusively to weight training. I enjoy training all the variables of fitness, which include: Strength, Speed, Agility, Power, and Balance. My fitness program rotates on a progressive cycle to keep my body balanced, as does my nutrition.
I enjoy challenging myself, both physically and mentally, and view everything I do as a challenge to deliver the best I am able to do. the discipline and commitment I devote to giving myself a better body has carried over into so many other aspects of my life that I really do owe everything to what I call Lucid Living.
I am an extreme sports fanatic, and regularly Mountain Bike, Wake Board, Snowboard, Windsurf, Hill Running and have experience in motoracing. I also own a classic '67 Mustang, which I cherish, and a Kawasaki 636 Motorbike that I use most days.
Everything I do I do to the best of my ability. | | Music | Music can generate such a strong state of emotion that I often use it to help me train, rest and enjoy myself.
Hip Hop and R'n'B is my choice of music, although Dance and Trance can help through a heavy weights session or intensive cardio.
I also enjoy soft rock, especially when it is time to wind down and relax. I still belive the classic rock and pop songs are the best, and it is these that can arouse so many emotions and memories that make them so special | | Movies | Any British Gangster films, especially Sexy Beast, staring the brilliant Ben Kingsley with some of the best lines ever - you need to see this film.
Vanilla Sky is a top favorite of mine as I studied Film and Media at University, this film can be depicted with such depth. It is definately a film worth watching, as is Fight club. Especially if you watch it with the commentary on as you will discover a deeper understanding of the film. | | Television | I am not often at home to watch much television except for when I am relaxing, althouh if I can, I will try and watch Saturday Night Live. This is one of the most hillarious shows on TV that I have seen for a long time. Simpsons and Family Guy are also hands down favorites | | Books | proof text | | Heroes | proof text |
