They sent me a new phone, and THAT broke w/i 5 hours. Finally I was furious and told them to give me a blackberry!!!!
Co-worker is letting me use a spare phone until my blackberry comes.
Woo hoo, can't wait! My monthly cost is less than I was paying for the phone.
