ROADKILL formed in 2006, in response to a lack of genuine hard rock bands in Hobart. The band features - Neil Steel (vocals), Zig (guitars), Sheppo
(bass guitar) and Keef Kenny (drums). ROADKILL recorded a rough demo in April 2007 and released a 3 track EP titled ‘More To Come’, with the EP quickly 'selling out' and is now considered a 'collectors' item. The band quickly decided to get to work on a full length album straight away.
Enlisting producer Brett Collidge, to oversea the recording of ROADKILL's debut album titled, "God Bless America" - was recorded in 3 days, cutting 12 songs to get that LIVE in the studio feel. The CD was released on November 9, 2007 - featuring 12 original tracks of ass kicking hard rock to let the world know, that real rock 'n' roll is very much ALIVE in Australia!
ROADKILL will again enter the studio in late 2009 to commence recording of their next release that will be just as hard hitting as their debut platter!

Just wanted to clarify a coupla things - We didn't set up the PA for Mortal Sin, we were soundchecking and the inhouse system had shat itself - We weren't told there was no time to play, we had another gig to do and by the time the PA was running it was too late to do a set - I cam from Burnie ;)
The brissy huh !! same thing happened to 17htz, who set up the PA for mortal sin (after brett came from Devonport) to then be told there was NO TIME FOR THEM TO PLAY !!!
