Tony Stringfellow was born and educated in Wolverhampton, attending
St. Chads Grammar School. A well-known and respected artist/sculptor, working in the entertainment business for over 20 years. He has written books, many short stories and articles, and has been writing poetry since he was 13yrs old, now also writing and directing for his own production company.
His book about the words and poetry of Marc Bolan, 'The Wizard's Gown- Rewoven- Beneath the Glitter of Marc Bolan', was described as 'awesome' by the official fan club.
His own collection of thought provoking poetry 'Silent Solitudes' gives a sense of awareness for the truth of life, which is sometimes too readily ignored.
In 2006 Tony combined talents with the flamboyant and musically adroit 'glitter man', rock'n'roller Rob Cairns to form a creative partnership of the 2Wild Minds...He has also spawned the concept of The Rock'n'Roll Poetry Train, a show that dramatically combines poetry with rock music; The Rock'n'Roll Poetry Train takes an eternally challenging journey and passes by once in a while.
Tony is also a significant part of the poetic collective Spoken Worlds. You can sample all on here at
