Drawn together by a mutual love of old southern music, lawn sports, general mayhem, and all things Appalachian, Roadside Fireworks is a hard driving band from the mountains of northwestern North Carolina. Since 2003 we’ve played together in various amalgamations, cutting our teeth at square dances, festivals, bars, and dance halls across the South. Members of the band have had the pleasure of sharing the stage with the Roan Mountain Hilltoppers, Wayne Henderson, John Cohen, Benton Flippen, the Hackensaw Boys and Justin Townes Earle. Lord willing, we’ll soon be tying one on in a city near you.

Howdy friends and neighbors! Y'all got some fancy shirts! (Looks can be decieving huh?)
So when does that other album you've been working on come out? Wasn't it called something like "Just me and my kazoo...(boy it's lonely): 101 Kazoo Instrumentals." Looking forward to some face-melting Kazoo licks to "pull cobwebs" to!
Now that's what I'm talking about. You boys need to just go ahead and plan on playing Knoxille in the Spring. Mark it on your dad-gum calendars. I'll supply the haybales if you'll bring the gunpowder.
