THANKS FOR THE INCREDIBLE RESPONSE TO ALL THE MUSICIANS WHO HAVE E-MAILED ME IN THE LAST FEW WEEKS. I AM TRYING TO RESPOND TO EVERYBODY AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE, AND APOLOGIES TO THOSE I HAVE NOT YET ANSWERED.
