Fresh out of a jail cell n back in the booth, Robbie G is here te giv u nothin but heartpoundin, jaw droppin hip-hop bangers!!!
The Immaculates as a group originated in Fergus Ontario During the summer of 2005. Been at it fer 4 years now and the improvements and accomplishments we've made so far are just the begginning. The Group Consists of Aaron Cowie (Kow-Boi), Josh Vanviegen (Josh Con'rad), Mat Atkinson (Bhird) who is the manager and myself The President and CEO of Immaculates (Robbie G). Our producer Is Fred Beatty of Beatty Productionz and his skills in producing quality music as well as providing beats that make a real emcee get up n start kikin sum ill rhymes, have always helped and inspired us throughout our careers. Our Group started layin down tracks on a kareoke machine (anythin te get it done) and since then have upgraded through many different mikes and production styles to get to the sound quality we have now. It takes time my friends, trust. The first booth we used to record in was made in my basement by cutting a hole in the wall and taking up half of the laundry room to construct a small wooden room lined with egg cartons. It worked wonders! From there we graduated to an apartment closet when I moved into the downtown area of Fergus. It sure wasn't much but we made sum magic in that booth just as we did before always keeping in mind that we were doin the best we could with wat we had. I got caught up in some dealings with the police as they were granted a search warrent on my apartment and tore it all to bits while i was at work on my midnight shift so long story short - we had to get a new place to record in. Thankfully a good friend of ours (Jordan Alexander a.k.a. The Audible Thought) reached out a helping hand and suggested we set-up shop in an extra room he had in his apartment near the hospital in Fergus. This proved to be one of the most amazing opportunities and we were welcomed in his residence with open arms. Since then the group started making some serious moves. We got accepted to perform some of our tracks in Toronto infront of a panel of record executives, producers and managers in the music industry. This happened by way of our manager Bhird getting us into an audition in Kitchener which once our talent was shown they allowed us te go. We went to performed the tracks at the Renasaince Inn in T.O. and got great response from the people that heard our music but not only that we got a manager/producer from Nashville (Jim Purdy) who is willing te take the chance on putting together an albums to take to some serious record labels and potentially get us signed. Our next move is to go to Nashville and record what needs to be done and hope for the best. Until we do go there however we are stil making alot of bangin hip-hops tracks here in Fergus and just recently did a show at the Fergus Community Center that attracted a great crowd. Two of our members are currently out west doing promotions so there won't be many shows till they come back other than a community barbeque/show that will be in Victoria Park very soon. When they return however we will probably be hosting another show at the Fergus Legion so keep yer ears to the street to see wats comin next from The Immaculates!
