It's all about the drums to be honest, although I love cooking and exercising.
Kind of handy really as drumming requires lots of calories and it's also a great workout!
Music
My music tastes are extremely varied, I'll listen to pretty much anything. Mainly I play rock, but I'm also really into Soul, Motown, Funk, Jazz and Latin.
Heres a few I'm listening to right now;
Afro Cuban All-Stars, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Dave Matthews Band, Aquarium Rescue Unit, Buddy Rich BB, Miles Davis, Aretha Franklin, Ella Fitzgerald, Frak Sinatra, Michael Bublé, Muse, Radiohead, Foo Fighters, Shadows Fall, Hed PE, Metallica, Rollins Band.
Movies
All about Godfather Trilogy and Goodfellas. American gangster was also great. Donnie Darko, Da Vinci Code and Dirty Harry I also love, Deja Vu was awesome, 6th sense and pretty much anything containing a zombie.
Favourite movie is currently Transformers.
Television
Just working my way through the "Sharpe" DVD box set, Sopranos, Scrubs, C.S.I, Dirty Sexy Money, Friday/Sunday Night Project.
Music channels that actually play music!
Frankly I can't stand reality TV or soaps.
Books
My top 3 are Da Vinci Code, Street Boys and High Hunt. Not to mention Advanced Techniques for the Modern Drummer, Stick Control and any number of other drumming related material.
Heroes
Dom Famularo, Steve Gadd, Buddy Rich, Bernard Purdie, Jeff Porcaro, John Bonham and Mitch Mitchell are just some of the drummers I admire. Also Dr John Demartini, what a great inspiration.
I've been playing since I was 13 years old and study at Drumtech in London as well as with international clinician and educator Dom Famularo.
Currently I play full time with Southampton based band SomaHigh. We're due to release our debut single "Lo Fat" in February 2009.
Recently I've played with legendary guitarist Greg Howe with Reggie Hendrix on vocals at a Drum Road Trip in Rochester NY, as well as numerous charity Jazz concerts in West Berkshire.

Who I'd like to meet:
Someday soon I will meet Steve Gadd, Dennis Chambers, Carter Beauford, Thomas Lang, Chad Smith, Dom Howard, and all the others who inspire me to play.
Yeah man, you know I'm looking foward to DRT '09! Gonna be chock full of badassery! My profile would be a hell of a lot better if Fileden would stop deleting my damn music and background files! lol
Thats really cool. The only clinic I have been to is Nicko McBrain's and I managed to win a pair of his signed sticks! Im good thanks, can't wait till thursday though (results). How about you?
That sounds cool. Well yeah I was going to do Maths, Biology, Physics and Electronics for A-level and I wandered if that would allow me to get on a course at Drumtech or BIMM. Its only a thought at the moment, I'm just doing my research into it. Thanks!
Yeah I have been thinking about BIMM or Drumtech recently. But I need to music A-level for it so I need to make up my mind soon. Did you do music A-level? Cheers
