There have been so many musical influences in my life. None of which will ever be forgotten. To mention just a few: Aaron Copland, Ralph Vaughan Williams, Dr. Jacqueline Salas, George Heussenstamm, Bud Powell, Bill Evans. Chick Corea, Keith Emerson, Brian Auger, Jeff Beck, Laura Nyro and my Dear Friends Chris Pinnick and Steve Zuckerman. To all of the great composers I have listened to, and all the people that I have been lucky enough to work with, I can never Thank You enough.
Robert's career which has spanned over 35 years started in Los Angeles. Composer, musician and producer, Robert has scored, played-on and/or produced for Television, Film, and Recordings. In 1971 he started working in the recording studio on commercial projects. That year he also began touring with various artists and playing shows throughout the United States and Canada.
Robert did tours with Jay Ferguson, Spencer Davis Group, Simon Stokes and many other Recording Artists.
In 1978 Robert began touring world wide with Al Stewart. The summer of 1999 marked their 21st anniversary of working together. Some of Robert's solo piano work can be heard on the Live Version of "Year Of The Cat". From 1991-1996 Robert also toured with Smooth Jazz Guitarist Peter White. In the 1980's Robert started composing for Independent Film projects and soon after that made the jump to composing for Television. Today, he composes for and works on various projects via the internet.
