Sounds Like
We'd like to think our sound is ORIGINAL, but, we've been told: A little B.B. King, a dash of Fab T-Birds, a little John Mayer, James Brown, Duke Robillard, and Tommy Castro...all we want to be is your favorite blues/R&B band.
New York-based Robert Charels has a new album - Three Leg Dogs & Old Skool Cats - which was released nationally this spring. Also available are Metropolitan Blue - which features producer Duke Robillard, Tony Coleman, David Earl and other blues stars - and Deception In Your Eyes. Robert has performed all over the U.S. and has been featured on the House of Blues Radio Hour with "Elwood Blues" himself, Dan Ackroyd. Charels performed at the Chicago Blues Festival in 2001 and 2002 has formed a new touring band featuring guitarist Bob Petrocelli.
All Robert Charels CDS are available nationally at all record stores, Tower Records, Amazon.com, iTunes, Rhapsody, CDUniverse, and everywhere music is sold, or, as the young folks say, downloaded - even the new Amazon.com store.
