Born in Bridgeport, CT. Raised by amazing Puerto Rican parents. Figured out I was "gifted." Went to private Catholic high school. Graduated top of my class. Got into Yale. First in my family to go to college. Majored in psychology with hopes to later get PhD and become a doctor. Entered a competition to find the funniest stand up comedian on campus. Won. Graduated from Yale. Decided to give up psychology and a lucrative career in the mental health field to become a stand up comedian. Currently living with disappointed parents.
Influences
These performers all serve as reasons why I love comedy and why I want to be a stand up comic: Carlos Mencia, Patton Oswalt, Greg Giraldo, Dave Attell, David Cross, Chris Rock, George Carlin, Richard Pryor, Lenny Bruce, Dave Chappelle, Dane Cook, Jamie Foxx, Conan O’Brien, Louis CK, John Leguizamo, Jack Black, Katt Williams, and many more.

Hey Roberto - great meeting you at Jokers! I didn't even know you were out there until I judged the WPLR contest - and you were GREAT! Nice to hear a new comic do some funny stuff! You should call me (did I give you my card?).
Keep up the good work, and maybe in about 40 years you can (through comedy) pay off that school loan - oh yay!
Hugs, Anne Kissel (CT Comic + "Roseanne Barr" Tribute Artist / Lookalike)
