Robert Würz was born 1977 in Karlsruhe. In his childhood he learned piano and oboe, but only with little motivation and no great success. In 1993 he decided to play the saxophone self taught and had a lot of fun with it. He soon developed an intimitate and emotional relationship to his horn and music. After his highschool and social work he felt the inner urge to be musician and began playing on the street, where he found a lot of inspiration and hard cash, which he has been doing up to this day. After studying music 1998-2001 in Berlin on the Musikschule Kreuzberg and 2001- 2006 in Dresden on the college of music `Carl-Maria-Von Weber´ , he is living in Berlin as freelancemusician and is studying self taught the music of Bach, composition and free improvisation.
