Hello! I’m Rob Gorden. I’m from the Boston area. I dipped my toe in stand up in high school and now I perform all over New York City and wherever people want to see me rant about stuff.
I’ve written for the sports comedy website called thenosebleeds.com and I was Dennis Kucinich on thenewsgroper.com.
Once in a blue moon I’m in a rockin’ musical comedy duo called
"The Rob and Mark Show."
I’ve performed in a bevy of theatre productions in Boston, Chicago, and New York including performing Shakespeare on the second floor of Aerosmith owned Boston bar/performance space, “Mama Kin” while the band Dread Zeppelin was performing on the first. The final scene was mournfully rocking.
I’ve been in a plethora of independent films, many of which, may never see the light of day. Highlights of those few that did glimpse sunlight are “Don’t Get Me Wrong” currently on the film festival circuit and the low budget classic “Drainiac,” which features me in a scene that does for toilets what Psycho did for showers.
I am married to Kelley and have two cats.
Please watch me on "HEAVYWEIGHTS" on The Food Network Mondays at 8:30PM.
