About me:
You could say that Rob Haynes has been doing stand-up for since he was in high school. Rob began his journey as the dorky kid in high school growing up in a small town in east Tennessee. He learned quickly that a chunky pale kid with a deep appreciation for horror movies and the work of George Lucas better be funny or be prepared to spend some time shoved in a locker. Rob, attended Middle Tennessee State University where he pursued a degree in broadcasting, with hopes to one day become a writer and director for TV and film. Feeling unfulfilled creatively Rob started performing stand-up comedy in Nashville. Utilizing the same razor wit and ability to dissect pop culture that kept him alive in the blackboard jungle, Rob rose quickly in the Nashville, eventually forging the skills that have made him one of the most promising young comics in the south. Delving into such topics as his youth as an outcast in a small town and his love of star wars and pie, Rob Haynes finds away to make everyone smile at his off beat view of the world.
Who I'd like to meet: Kevin Smith, Quentin Tarentino, Chris Rock, The Toxic Avenger, Bill Clinton and Spiderman. OH Oh oh and asian chicks, asian chicks are hot.
