Robin Galante and Eric Pedersen are an acoustic duo based in San Francisco, California. Robin began her musical career as a solo singer-songwriter and played gigs in San Francisco and beyond. In April 2007, she was joined by guitarist and vocalist Eric Pedersen, who adds the perfect musical touch to her songs with his lush harmonies and unique guitar stylings. They regularly perform at a variety of acoustic venues all over the Bay Area, including the Bazaar Café, Café Trieste, the Hotel Utah and many more.
Tired of hearing overly-produced music in their genre, they recorded The Fuzz Sessions live in their home studio, and the album was mixed and mastered using minimal processing to reflect the energy and honesty of their live performance. They reside in San Francisco with their beautiful guitars and their cat, Latte (aka “Fuzz”).
Hi from Alabama! I've done a couple of informal front porch performances - for some great folks here. Last night we had to clear a snake from the rafters first - (Down in front!)
Robin & Eric. You two sounded soooo good on Sat! Bazaar-Stock happened for many reasons, but Robin, if I wouldn't have enjoyed my first Bazaar Cafe Open Mic experience years ago, as much as I did, it may not have happened at all. Your positive energy had an effect on my opinion of what was happening at Bazaar. You are a big part of what makes that place so unique! Thank you for you and your wonderful music! Biggest hugs to both of you!!! kc
Hey, how's it going? If you aren't busy, I am going to be playing a free show in San Francisco on Monday Night at The Rockit Room... You should come down and hang out!!! (=
Hey, I'm backing Martha Reeves this week! Martha and the Vandellas were one of the top girl groups of the early 60s and a major star for the early Motown label. Their hits included "Jimmy Mack",
"Heatwave", "Nowhere to run" and of course "Dancing in the Streets".
I'll be playing bass for her this week Tuesday thru Sunday at the Rrazz Room - 222 Mason St at the Niko Hotel in SF.
Hey, Robin, that is an awesome video! It's about time someone made a good vid of you cuties performing. Well, takes the pressure off me, I just got a new HD camcorder but don't know how to use it yet! I'm gonna try it out this weekend at a house concert. Can't wait for next Saturday! There's a bottle of Aquavit over here calling Eric's name!! LOL Cheers, Nusi xo
P.S. I submitted a review to CD Baby for ya, it should show up in a few days!
