General
Movies, music, reading, creative writing, screen writing, collecting movie memorabilia, interviewing celebrities for GoreZone magazine, spending waaaaaay too much time on the internet (it's how I make my living, luckily), walking, talking, eating, acting irresponsibly. In fact, being alive...let's face it people - it's better than the alternative...
Music
Alice Cooper, KISS, Aerosmith, Rob Zombie, Stevie Nicks, Van Halen, The Beach Boys, The Rolling Stones, Santana, White Zombie, Movie Soundtracks - especially ones by John Williams or Bernard Hermann, some classical, orchestral - anything that makes me feel better than I did before I started listening. Not country and western...and absolutely not folk. At all.....ever !!!
Movies
Definitely movies. I worship at the altar of celluloid - old, new, black & white, color, horror movies, slasher movies, I love the Universal monster movies of the 30s, also 50s sci-fi, superhero movies, old movie serials, some silent films, a few westerns, thrillers, action, gangster, cartoons.(Especially classic Warners & Disney and lately Pixar Animation. )I could go on all day - and frequently do. BUT - that isn't all, I'll watch just about any genre...apart from musicals. There's only ONE musical I ever liked, and I'll keep you guessing what that is. Ask me nicely and I might tell. Anyhow, I collect movies on tape and disc and have more titles at home than Blockbuster ! Really !! I have a perpetual "to watch" pile of discs that never seems to get any smaller. (As soon as I watch a few, a few more are added - it's an addiction.) Directors - Spielberg, Hitchcock, Tarantino, Jack Arnold, John Carpenter, Wes Craven, Tim Burton, Eli Roth, Martin Scorsese, Sam Raimi and a host of others.
Television
Classic Twilight Zone is the single best tv series of all time, also original Star Trek, original Outer Limits, Buffy, Angel, Simpsons, Dr Who, Torchwood. Currently enjoying Heroes, Bones, Supernatural, Ghost Whisperer. As time allows, I'm watching the entire run of The X-Files on dvd, which I never watched when they were actually transmitted.
Books
I read fiction mainly and always have a book on the go. I read very little sci-fi but a lot of horror. Oddly the best books I ever read aren't even horrors "Replay" by Ken Grimwood, and "Boy's Life" by Robert McCammon. Favorite writers - Stephen King, Richard Laymon, Richard Matheson, Ray Bradbury, Robert McCammon, Dan Brown, Dean Koontz,H.G.Wells, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. I also read some biographies, graphic novels and a lot of film-related stuff.
Heroes
These I have to split in to three seperate divisions. Media - Steven Spielberg, Stephen King, Alice Cooper, Gene Simmons, Quentin Tarantino, Rod Serling, Steve Ditko, Jack Kirby, Frank Frazetta, Alex Ross, George Lucas, Stan Lee, Alfred Hitchcock, Brian Wilson, Kane Hodder, John Carpenter, Kevin Smith, Ray Bradbury, Ray Harryhausen, The late Forry Ackerman, Rob Zombie, Rick Baker, Greg Nicotero, Rob Bottin, and those incredibly talented people past, present and future at Industrial Light & Magic. Fictional - Batman, Spider-Man, The X-Men, The crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise, The Flash, Jason Voorhees, Daredevil, Sherlock Holmes, Judge Dredd, Dr Doom, Superman, Daleks, James Bond, The Green Lantern, Freddy Krueger, Dr Who, Jay & Silent Bob. Real Life - Anybody who takes a stand for what's right, no matter what the odds. My family and friends for sticking with me - it's not always easy.

This should probably be taped to your bathroom mirror
where one could read it every day. You may not realize it , but it's
100% true. 1. There are at least two people in this world that you
would die for. 2.. At least 15 people in this world love you in some
way. 3.. The only reason anyone would ever hate you is because they
want to be just like you. 4. A smile from you can bring happiness to
anyone , even if they don't like you. 5. Every night , SOMEONE thinks
about you before they go to sleep. 6. You mean the world to someone. 7.
