I like a bit of Creedence, Stevie and Motown when I am down. I like a bit of Kate Nash when I am walking through the streets, rain down my face and when I see litter. I like a bit of Paul Weller on Tuesday nights, when it's dark and I can only see things by my desktop lamp. I like ABC and ABBA when I am stacking shelves. I like listening to Kanye and JT on Wednesday nights in the club. I like listening to Guns N' Roses in November and The Clash in January. I like Damien Rice when I am driving at 2am. I like Justice when I drive at 9am. I like New Order at 11am; walking to the Newsagents without a person around. I like Bloc Party at 1pm, but not on mondays. I like Oasis on Sundays at 3pm, Ocean Colour Scene at 5. Saturdays I like Kasabian (only when it's dark). I like Kings of Leon with a fry up, and The Beatles with a beer. I like one song from Ben Kweller and 50 Cent. I like Bowie Sunday Mornings. I like the White Stripes on Mondays, but during lunchtime I like the Raconteurs. I like REM when I can see a full moon. I like Zeppelin when I need to simplify. I like Mash Ups when I need complicate and I like Madonna when I need to Re-invent. When I am ill I need The Cure. I need Springsteen when the boss is away. Numan before I am about to play Synth.

So then I was stuck inside over summer, staring at walls. It's not a bad way of learning about yourself. I started writing solo songs which meant something to me in a personal way. I stopped thinking like I was in a band; I wasn't I was just a lad trying to tell my message to the world. I recorded all my material from my house in an English county called Sussex. Most of my songs are written about places and events close to me. Feel free to leave comments and ask questions, It’s nice when people take an interest. Also feel free to sign up to my e-mail list, and hear some more tunes on the widget above. I think that’s pretty much everything.
