***My influences have changed a little - Life, love, loss, experience, observation, pain, joy, life... And now health??? Challenging, to say the least. Lots of music, good music, music that get's me up, and my new band -does it for me! They are truly incredible and I can't wait to create with them each and every time.
It makes me wish I had more time to gobble up new music... So that is what I am doing. Taking time off to get treated and to get well (I know it doesn't look like it, I am very busy, but I am busy doing the things that make me shine)
I also want to take some more lessons, learn jazz standards, broaden my scope, keep learning instruments. Learning is influence, I have been practicing yoga for two years now and I am doing my teacher training. Staying balanced while I expand so I can give more to other people and to myself, giving is hard if it leaves you empty, it needs to leave you filled. ***BUT love lately is STILL on the table, in a new form... it has come back to me and it has also been lost, but my future is wide open. It's really hard to be vulnerable, but it's harder to be vulnerable a little too late, and boy am I glad I am learning that lesson. It is so worth being me, the one who leaves nothing left unsaid, the one who talks love into being, the one who makes people believe. So I am in operation "rebuild", with eyes wide open at life, and this is going to blow the doors off of the world. This will come in the form of my new album "Bad Girl" as well...

Currently she is recording material for the third album "Bad Girl" and will release it in JUNE of 2009. The She Loves You Records staff is working on broadening the touring market and keeping the calendar full for 2009. We held new radio campaign for the title track from RushMore entitled “No Fool” back in 2004. It spun well over 1,300 national and international radio stations. Her Publicist launched a media blitz that has been very successful in getting the new record covered as well as full coverage in each tour stop and that will continue for the new album. Stone’s Distributor Little Fish Records, (www.littlefish.com) is handling the international promotion of the new record, expanding the stores that carry Stone’s records and heading up a new program to solicit the licensing of Stone’s music for Recording, Film and Television.
