I follow baseball (Mets) and talk radio- So I've got an XM unit with Ron and Fez, Opie and Anthony, and ESPN as the first couple channels! And, although I work in comic books, I don't read too many of them, except the ones my friends put out...
Music
Beatles, Pearl Jam, White Stripes, The Damned, Social Distortion, Billy Joel, The Black Keys, Frank Black and the Pixies, The Faces, Derek and the Dominoes, The Gits, Frogpond, Jeff Buckley, David Bowie, Alice in Chains, Screeming Trees, T-Rex, Badfinger... I could go on...
Movies
The Dark Knight, The Silence of the Lambs, Grosse Ponite Blank, Swingers, Arlington Road, Glengarry GlenRoss, L.A. Confidential, Goodfellas, A Beautiful Mind, Rocketter and anything with Jennifer Connelly, The first Librarian movie, the second Mummy movie, the Shape of Things, About a Boy and anything with Rachel Weisz, Donnie Brasco, the Lethal Weapon movies, Anything with Rachael Stirling, Godfather (1 more then 2...) and of course, the Star Wars movies.
Television
I try to never miss Mythbusters or Dirty Jobs, and I've turned into one of those people who will stop and watch poker anytime it's on! If the TV's on, it's most likely on the History Channel, Discovery, A&E, or TNT to catch a couple of old ERs. BBC's Cash in the Attic and Bargin Hunt. I love most of the HBO series, curently catching up on Extras and Rome while they are running. The Simpsons and Family Guy, and re-runs of the Commish, The Avengers, Wings or The Fall Guy- anything good I'll give a try-

About me: I am a comic book artist, and for the past few years I've been lucky enough to work with and learn from one of the all time best artists in comics, Dick Giordano. As his assistant, I've done work for DC, Marvel, Top Cow, and Egmont, a company in Sweden that publishes The Phantom.
I'm what's known as a "Good Girl" artist, which basically means I am asked to draw boobs all the time. Not that I mind... I love doing commission drawings, so if your interested in one, drop me a line!
I am also hard at work on my own comic, Perfect Storm, which I am developing with my friend Gary Carbon who's writing it with me, and Dick, who will be drawing one of her next adventures. You can check out my artwork and updates on Perfect Storm on my website perfectstormcomic.com
Who I'd like to meet: I miss seeing Dave Thomas, the founder of Wendy's, in his li'l commercials- I guess I will get to meet him someday...

Hi! Just wanted to make sure all my friends know that my 2nd horror novel SACRIFICE is now in stores everywhere, including Amazon.com! I hope you'll check out this debauched and demonic horror ride! Here are a couple reviews it's gotten so far:
“SACRIFICE is a full frontal assault on your senses. It is a dark, brutal, bloody and terribly frightening book. Everson went deep into some dark abyss to bring this book to the light of day.... I highly recommend SACRIFICE.” —Famous Monsters of Filmland
“John Everson manages in SACRIFICE to dispense buckets of blood, provide edgy perversity, and walk the tenuous tightrope of horror and sex without falling: It’s rather an amazing feat.” –Hell Notes
Hey dude. How are you doing. It has been a while? Anything new on some of your comics? Let me know I will buy it (When I get some money. ) Also I was wondering if you would have Cezar's number?
HOLY MACARONI ROB!! I had no idea.. Erin Storm is rockin! Im really glad to see you persuing your own work as much as you are helping with the other projects...great stuff!, good luck!, and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
Thank you, thank you, what a lovely book ...which I could not resist going through, page by page, to oogle and "Ooo" and "Aww" at such talent, even if I can't read it yet. I thought about waiting to open it on or closer to Christmas, but was feeling impatient that day. :)
Also, as to Adagio for Strings... It is devastatingly gorgeous, isn't it? The Cure used it to open their 2000 tour, and I've loved it ever since. Such sad images accompany it in my mind when I listen to it.
Hmmm... Well, I'm assuming that the "warm" part of my comment (heh) concerned U2 so...
...You're getting them to perform a benefit concert in your office and they'll all be dressed as comic book characters? Proceeds will go towards a better scanner.
